Our loaf has the familiar comfort of traditional white sandwich bread—only better. It’s made with a gluten-free sourdough starter and free of commercial yeast. Slow fermented for easier digestion and crafted with organic ingredients, it’s rich in fiber, free from refined sugars, and oil-free. Best of all, it tastes good.
