HOW DO I STORE BREAD?
Store loaf cut side down on a cutting board with no covering. The wild yeast sourdough keeps bread fresher longer than commercial yeast. It’s also healthier for you and easier to digest.
CAN I FREEZE BREAD LOAVES?
Yes! We slice ours and place a small piece of parchment paper between each slice prior to freezing. This makes it easier to use individual slices as desired.
IS YOUR KITCHEN CELIAC SAFE?
Yes, we have celiac so it is a priority to source and prepare our goods in our own a private commercial kitchen to eliminate any chance of cross contamination.
DO YOU SHIP?
The short answer is yes. I'm going to be honest though, shipping is expensive. We think its worth it!

Shipping rates for 2 loaves of bread by overnight within Texas are roughly $15.
The granola, crackers and almond shorties are less expensive to ship as they don’t require expedited delivery.
