HOW DO I STORE BREAD?
Store loaf cut side down on a cutting board with no covering. The wild yeast sourdough keeps bread fresher longer than commercial yeast. It’s also healthier for you and easier to digest.
CAN I FREEZE BREAD LOAVES?
Yes! We slice ours and place a small piece of parchment paper between each slice prior to freezing. This makes it easier to use individual slices as desired.
HOW DO I THAW THE HAMBURGER BUNS?
Here are a few ways to thaw the buns:
-Leave at room temp until thawed (roughly 3 hours), then slice and toast or heat on stovetop with a little oil or butter.
-Place directly on grill or grill pan until they warm, then slice and toast/heat with a little oil or butter as desired.
-Lightly spritz/brush buns with water and heat in a preheated 375°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch them, as they can burn.
