1. Introduction

Welcome to It’s All Good Goods, a certified gluten-free baked goods company based in Austin, Texas. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, products, and website. By engaging with our company or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Services

It’s All Good Goods specializes in producing and distributing gluten-free baked goods. All of our products are made in a gluten-free facility and certified gluten-free. While we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise due to undisclosed sensitivities or allergies other than gluten.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through It’s All Good Goods are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if it appears fraudulent, incomplete, or if it violates any of these Terms and Conditions. If a modification is required, we will notify you by email or phone.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of invoicing. Payment must be received within 15 calendar days from the date of the invoice. After the grace period of 15 calendar days, a late fee of $10 per day will be applied to your outstanding balance until payment is received in full, inclusive of any late fees, if applicable.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure methods of payment. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method and destination and will be included in the final invoice.  We aim to deliver products in a timely manner; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other uncontrollable factors.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect addresses will be billed to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part, such as incorrect goods upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours at russ@itsallgoodgoods.com or 512-890-3373 to discuss a resolution.

7. Allergen Information

All products sold by It’s All Good Goods are certified gluten-free. However, our facility may process other allergens, such as dairy, eggs, and nuts. Please read all ingredient information carefully, and if you have any concerns regarding potential allergens, contact us before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the It’s All Good Goods website, such as text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of It’s All Good Goods unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

It’s All Good Goods shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if It’s All Good Goods has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the products that gave rise to such claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms shall be brought in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

It’s All Good Goods reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying customers through other means. Your continued use of our products and services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
