Our loaf has the familiar comfort of traditional white sandwich bread—only better. It’s made with a gluten-free sourdough starter and free of commercial yeast. Slow fermented for easier digestion and crafted with organic ingredients, it’s rich in fiber and free from refined sugars. Best of all, it tastes good.
