Our loaf is everything you love about multigrain sandwich bread—only better. Made with a gluten-free sourdough starter and free from commercial yeast, it’s slow fermented for better digestion. We use hearty buckwheat and a blend of seeds for a rich, nutty flavor. Crafted from organic ingredients, it’s high in fiber, free from refined sugars, and completely oil-free. Best of all, it tastes good.
