This loaf is similar to hearty, darker sandwich bread - but so much better for you. We use a darker buckwheat and add quinoa, sunflower seeds, flax and whole oats which give it an almost nutty flavor. This sourdough loaf is easier to digest, has tons of fiber and lasts longer right out on the counter. You do not have to freeze unless you want to. Game changer for gluten-free bread.
